Add New Dial-Up Networking Connection
  1. Double-click the My Computer icon.
  2. Double-click the Dial-Up Networking folder.
  3. Double-click the Make New Connection icon.
  4. Under Type a name for the computer you are dialing, type sitestar.net
  5. Click the Next button.
  6. In the Telephone number text box, type your local sitestar.net access number. 
  7. Click the Next button.
  8. Click the Finish button.
  9. Right-Click the sitestar.net icon.
  10. From the menu bar, click File and select Properties.
  11. Click the Server Types button.
  12. Check Enable software compression.
  13. Check TCP/IP.
  14. Nothing else should be checked.
  15. Click the TCP/IP Settings button.
  16. Select the Specify Name Server Addresses button.
  17. In the Primary DNS text box, type 205.160.234.1
  18. In the Secondary DNS text box, type 205.160.234.10
  19. Click the OK button.
  20. Click OK again to close the Properties list.
  21. Close Dial-Up Networking.
  22. Your Internet connection is now set up.
