|Could Not Establish
|The protocol used by the Dial-Up Networking client is not
available. Check to make sure the required components are
- Double-click the My Computer icon so that it opens up.
- Under My Computer, double-click the Control Panel icon.
- Double-click the Network icon.
- Under The Following Network Components Are Installed, make
sure you have the Client for Microsoft Networks, Dial-Up
Adapter, and TCP/IP. If any components are missing, add them.
