Could Not Establish Protocol #2
The protocol used by the Dial-Up Networking client is not available. Check to make sure the required components are installed:

  1. Double-click the My Computer icon so that it opens up.

  2. Under My Computer, double-click the Control Panel icon.

  3. Double-click the Network icon.

  4. Under The Following Network Components Are Installed, make sure you have the Client for Microsoft Networks, Dial-Up Adapter, and TCP/IP. If any components are missing, add them., Inc.
