Recent DNS configuration changes may result in e-mail problems if Outlook is not properly configured. If you have been experiencing e-mail problems since Friday, February 28, 2003 you should check your Outlook account settings.
The proper entries for e-mail server information are as follows:
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.sitestar.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.sitestar.net
Using "sitestar.net" in either of these will no longer work properly, and must be changed for each e-mail account. If you need help with this configuration change, call the office during support hours and we'll be happy to assist.
